Arrange a VisitThe $25 diagnostic fee is due when you drop off your device. If the issue is genuinely quick to resolve and requires no parts or extended work, the fix may be included. Otherwise, you’ll receive clear findings and an estimate before any additional work begins.
The fee covers a useful diagnosis or meaningful next step, even if you choose not to proceed with a repair. If we can’t provide either, we’ll refund the diagnostic fee. Parts and additional repairs are separate when applicable and always require your approval. A quick fix within the fee is a possibility, not a guarantee.
